Funded early education is provided in line with Local Authority and government requirements. Funded hours are stretched across 51 weeks, with attendance during the unfunded week charged at the standard daily fee. Funding covers up to 10 hours per day; any additional time attended is chargeable at the standard hourly rate. The 30-hour entitlement may be taken over up to two days per week, with a maximum of 10 funded hours per day.

Additional charges apply for optional services that are not included in government-funded early education. These include food (all meals, snacks and drinks consumed at nursery, including formula milk), non-food consumables (including nappies, wipes, sun cream and emergency medicines), and extra-curricular activities. Parents wishing to discuss these optional charges should speak to a member of the management team.

A completed registration form is required to secure a place. A non-refundable registration fee of £100 and a refundable deposit of £300 are payable at booking. The deposit will be deducted from your child’s first invoice.

Fees are payable monthly in advance via Famly. It is the responsibility of parents to pay their child's fees. Invoices will be issued on the 22nd of each month and will be due for payment on the 1st of the month. Late payments will incur charges of £25 and could result in the child’s place being withdrawn.

All booked sessions must be paid for regardless of attendance. No refunds are given for sickness, holidays, bank holidays, inset days, or unavoidable closures. Late collection is charged at £1 per minute.
