We are committed to appointing only those who meet our professional criteria.
We are extremely selective about who we invite to join our team, and every candidate undergoes rigorous safer recruitment checks to ensure they meet the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and child protection. By maintaining strict safeguarding practices throughout our recruitment process, we uphold our responsibility to create a safe, trusting, and nurturing environment for every child in our care.
Selection Process
Our recruitment process is designed to ensure we find the right people to join our highly skilled and dedicated team. Once you have chosen the role you would like to apply for, the following steps will take place:
- Apply Online - Upload your CV via our Vacancies page.
- Initial Screening - If we believe you may be a good fit, we will contact you and ask you to complete an application form so we can assess your skills and experience against our Person Specification.
- Face-to-Face Interview - Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to a face-to-face interview with members of our Management Team. You must bring your certificates, DBS (if applicable), and Right to Work documentation to this interview. During the interview, we will ask structured questions relevant to the role and level you’ve applied for.
- Trial Session - Successful interviewees will be invited to take part in a trial session in the nursery. During this trial, you will be asked to:
- Observe the children
- Lead an activity
- Discuss your experience and practice with the Nursery Manager.
- Offer of Employment - If you are successful at the trial stage, you will receive an offer of employment.
Once accepted, your contract will be issued, subject to two years of reference checks and a completed Enhanced DBS, which we will process on your behalf.
