To secure your child’s place at the nursery, the following payments are required:

• A deposit of £300, which will be deducted from your child’s first invoice.
• A registration fee of £100 per child, which is non-refundable.

Once both payments have been received, your child’s place will be formally secured.
Without payment of the deposit and registration fee, we are unable to guarantee that a place will be held.

Children are required to attend a minimum of 2 full days or 5 half days per week.

• This ensures consistent routines and continuity of care.
• Regular attendance helps key workers build strong, nurturing relationships with each child.
• Consistency supports children's emotional security, confidence, and overall development.

Children must also attend either a Monday or a Friday as part of their weekly attendance pattern.

We require one month's notice period for your child to leave, however we can accept shorter notice periods for exceptional circumstances, in such circumstances please reach out to the Management team to discuss.

• Invoices are issued on the 22nd of each month to parents who are registered as bill payers on the Famly App.
• All fees are due by the 1st of the following month, regardless of payment method. This includes all forms of payment made to the nursery.
• For example, if an invoice is issued on 22 June, payment will be due by 1 July.

• We will add a charge of £25 to all late payments.
