Content

A completed registration form is required to secure a place. A non-refundable registration fee of £100 and a refundable deposit of £300 are payable at booking. The deposit will be deducted from your child’s first invoice.

Attendance

Content

The minimum attendance requirement is 2 full days or 5 half days per week. The agreed weekly attendance pattern must include either a Monday or a Friday.

Fees & Payment

Content

Fees are payable monthly in advance via Famly. It is the responsibility of parents to pay their child's fees. Invoices will be issued on the 22nd of each month and will be due for payment on the 1st of the month. Late payments will incur charges of £25 and could result in the child’s place being withdrawn.

Charges & Refunds

Content

All booked sessions must be paid for regardless of attendance. No refunds are given for sickness, holidays, bank holidays, inset days, or unavoidable closures. Late collection is charged at £1 per minute.

Inclusive Fees

Content

Fees are fully inclusive of food (all meals, snacks and drinks consumed at nursery, including formula milk), non-food consumables (all nappies, wipes, suncream and emergency medicine), and extracurricular activities.

Opening Hours

The nursery operates 7:45am – 6:30pm, is open 52 weeks per year, and closes on bank holidays and inset days (which are chargeable). Morning sessions operate from 7:45am to 1:00pm, and afternoon sessions operate from 1:15pm to 6:30pm.

Notice & Termination

Content

One month’s notice is required for cancellations or session changes. The nursery may terminate care immediately in cases of non-payment or inappropriate behaviour.
