Opening Spring/Summer 2026!

As a member of the NDNA (National Day Nurseries Association), our nursery uses policies and procedures provided by the NDNA, adapting them where appropriate to suit our setting. As our terms and conditions are signed once a place is accepted, we ask that parents read them carefully and ensure they understand them. Links to both documents can be found below.

Policies and Procedures

Policies and procedures are a vital part of any nursery setting because they provide a clear framework for how the nursery operates and how staff should respond in different situations. They help to ensure that all children are cared for in a safe, consistent, and professional manner, while also supporting staff to meet legal and safeguarding requirements. Policies and procedures protect children’s welfare, promote equality and inclusion, reduce risks, and give parents confidence that the setting is well managed.

Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions are important because they clearly explain the agreement between the nursery and parents, including key information such as fees, notice periods, sessions, and responsibilities. Asking parents to sign them helps ensure everyone understands and agrees to the expectations from the start, reducing misunderstandings and supporting a clear, fair, and professional partnership.
